Hi,

Problem solved – it was a conflicting search plugin. I have excluded the download manager from the search and everything is working now.

I had a business package from 2014 and recently purchased a new package, but I am not sure if this adds an additional 5 licenses or just renews the existing ones? If it just renews, is there a way to check which domains are linked so I can see if they are all still active sites?

Sorry, I’ve given that user admin access.

I have tried disabling all the plugins except the template plugins and download manager, but the problem persists. I will send login details via private reply.

I have the same problem with a recently purchased business version.

Apologies, this seems to have something to do with my theme or site setup. I tried the directory on a different site and it works fine.

Thanks Shahriar, that works perfectly.

One additional question please – is it possible to make one of the columns on the data table wider? I would like to increase the size slightly on the Download column so the text in the column does not wrap across two lines.

Hi,

The accordion page URL is http://www.sahisa.org/document-archive/

Hi,

Everything is now working well except for the accordion plugin. With version 4.2.2 it does not seem to expand the accordion list. I have it installed on the same website, if you would like to take a look.

Hi,

I would also like to know if this vulnerability affects Download Manager.

Thanks, the accordion is working now. Out of interest, is there a way to show a package only in its subcategory, rather than the main category as well?

The other shortcode I was trying is:

[wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="10" jstable=1]

It causes the page to go into a loading loop and I have to close it.

Hi,

It is currently on a local development machine unfortunately, so there is no web URL. Could this be affecting other plugins as well? The accordion plugin displays very strangely, and the sortable table shortcode does not work at all (just hangs the site).

I am attaching screenshots of the accordion and the archive search pages.

Sorry, one more question. For the advanced search page, is there any way to display all categories under the “Package Categories” dropdown? Currently it seems to display a maximum of 8 categories.
