Hi
I have deleted and reinstalled version 6.2.2 and it seems to be working now. I did receive the following error on activating the plugin:
The plugin generated 211 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
But it does not seem to be affecting the function of the plugin.
Thanks, I see mine is currently 6.2.2, but this is the only version available for download in my account section.
Hi
I am still experiencing this problem, even with all the other plugins disabled. Very strange, as everything is fine on PHP 8 for my other site. Maybe the copy of the plugin on this site is corrupted in some way? I will send a private reply with the debug info.
Thanks, will give that a try and let you know.
Thanks, the updated version is working.
Please see my error details below (private mail)
Thank you, everything working now.
Sorry, no luck unfortunately. It updates back to version 6.1.3 and immediately notifies to update again.
Thanks, I think I have fixed the problem by using a different format for the archive page.
One more question – the download link button on the archive page displays as a large button, whereas it displays as a small button everywhere else on the site. Is there a way to force the small button to display on the archive page as well?
Hi
This page only allows me to download version 5.4.0, not version 6.
I still cannot download version 5.3.9. My download page only allows me to download version 5.3.8
I have the same issue. A notification for version 5.3.9 but I can only access version 5.3.8 from the download area.
Thank you, I have downloaded the new version.
The problem is I cannot download the latest version (5.3.4) from my user dashboard. It only allows me to download version 5.3.3
I have done this and I still am only able to download 5.3.3 from the user dashboard.
Thanks, the version on the order download page suddenly jumped to 5.2.6 and this version works fine.
If I go to my account on the WPDownloadManager website, and download the plugin from my order, it is still the 5.2.4 version.
Also if I try to update directly from my website, it says update complete but the version is still 5.2.4.
Simon
That’s the problem, my download page only shows 5.2.4, not 5.2.5
Wordpress also showing a required update to 5.1.17 for me, but I can only download 5.1.16 from the site.
Thanks, I’ll try disabling the various plugins and let you know what happens.
Simon
Perfect, got it working. Thanks!
Hi,
Problem solved – it was a conflicting search plugin. I have excluded the download manager from the search and everything is working now.
