in reply to: Is there a way to disable package “pages”? #209733

No. I want to disable altogether the ability to have individual download package pages.

I ONLY want packages to be downloadable through “[wpdm_all_packages]“, “[wpdm_category]“, etc, shortcodes. NOT on the /downloads/package-name pages.

I don’t want /downloads/package-name pages to be created or published / visible from the front-end of the site.

in reply to: How to set global default template. #209732

Your response is confusing:
“Yes, download manager pro already is an riched features plugin.” — What does this mean? Does it mean that there are already global settings available and I don’t have to add the PAID plugin, or are you just trying to say that (in general) Download Manager Pro is “rich in features… just not basic global-controlled settings?

“You may explore it.” — I have and have not been able to find where to set global settings for all packages and pages, outside of having to buy an additional 49USD plugin add-on. Which (again) seems ridiculous as it should be basic functionality for a “pro” level plguin to be able to natively control global package and page settings…

So let me make sure I have this right… This is a PAID add-on feature and not a feature that’s native to the plugin??
It’s also not a free add-on… it’s an additional PAID add-on feature to control the package and page settings globally?
On top of the already $99USD price tag for the plugin, I have to pay an additional $49USD for the basic functionality to set the templates and other default values globally?

Thanks for that. We’ll take another look at the server and see what we can find. Can you please keep this ticket open while we investigate further on our end?
