Unfortunately, removing the admin email address subscription did not change the situation. I did a test and received email to both the subscribed email and the admin email.

That is true, but the admin email is subscribed only to RF passives list. I have been testing for example with FTTX passives list and still receive email to admin email even though it is not on FTTX passives list.

I will unsubscribe admin email from RF passives list and test sending email to FTTX passives list. With this configuration, I shouldn’t receive email to the admin address.

Yes, this is the template we are using.

It has settings for “From name” (set as MyTeleste) and “From email” (set as sales@teleste.com).

The problem is that when update is done and email is sent to subscribers, I receive the email also to my admin email even though it is not on the subscribers list. It seems like there is not setting to prevent this or then I’m not able to find it.

The email title is “MyTeleste – new content available!” and the sender is “Teleste Sales <sales@teleste.com>”.

Ok, thank you. We’ll wait for the next release.

As for the mailing issue, I found the settings “From name” and “From email”, but nothing related to who the email is sent to. Could you please provide a screenshot of the page for this setting?

Thanks a lot for actively progressing the case.

Please check also {{user_first_name}} and {{package_name}} as they are not working properly either.

Hello,

Now the variable has a link, but the url is incorrect.

Clicking on [#package_url#] in the email takes me to https://www.google.com/url?q=http://%2520package_url&source=gmail&ust=1723093893725000&usg=AOvVaw36jNqdz33WyXlJ7FAxBXh3.

The page has the following notice:
“Redirect Notice
The page you were on is trying to send you to an invalid URL (http://%20package_url).
If you do not want to visit that page, you can return to the previous page.”

Hi,

Thanks for the tip. We’ll try to update it to a newest version and come back, if the problem still persists.

Best regards,

Simo

We have the same problem with the version 6.4.2. It would be good to know what is causing this and how to fix it.

Hi,

Thanks for the fast response.

Now the “file not found” problem seems solved for me too.

Thank you for the support.

Any ideas how to fix “file not found” and the problem with not applying lock for individual files?

Lock feature works also for me with the entire package. However, when I try to download the package, I get “file not found”.

Downloading individual files works, but the lock feature is not applied.
