That would be lovely yes. How do I achieve that please?
We aren’t after anything too flashy, it’s kind of to replicate what they have now, but within the same site – and I believe this is it.

As an update to this ticket, Iv’e been going thri the Shortcodes page.

There are many.

I just want it so when they have logged oin via the Login form they are taken to a page where they can view the downloads assigned to them.
But they also need the page where they an edit their Password, and perhaps their email address.

What are the Shortcodes for those two things pleasE? I did try Profile, but that oddly shows a page FULL of downloads – no idea why.

I’ve purchased the Addon.
I can see Select Members in the Document Page.
I assume I can upload files in bulk, but then how do I – in bulk – assign those documents to said user please?

I appreciate you are now finished, and I am finish in 30 minutes anyway, so look forward to your support tomorrow.

Sorry I also thought there was a means to add Logins and Profile pagfes, via this plugin – how do I do that please? All part of the same part of the website. Thanks.

I thought there was a way to create Roles/Companies, and then assign the documents to those companies.
So if a CEO and their CFO both need access, we can assign them both to the same role of “ABC Company”, and assign that company to the document.

I am sure there was a way to do this within your plugin?

Specific users is fine, but if we can literally assign users to a Role/Company, that would be much much easier. As then if you had 45 items assigned to ABC Company, and you wanted to add Fred to it, it’s easier to add Fred to ABC company role, that it is to go to each item and assign him to those.

How very strange.
IF you come out of it, I’ll delete the old page, and rename that one.
I did see you were trying to deactivating things to work out the problem.

Glad you got to the bottom of it.

I can kind stuff in CSS if needed.
I will raise a new ticket about the Members area, as this is a totally separate thing I need to learn.

I found that we can use it in WP Bakery – there is a Gutenberg editor.
However if you look at our page now, it shows the form, but no Downloads.
Can you help me to see why please?

This website is 100% WP Bakery. I simply need to know the shortcode to use, to enable the Category filter. That’s all.
I do hope so much that this is not all “trashed” simply because we can’t use it in one of the World’s most commonly used Page builders.

This site uses WP Bakery.
Are you able to do it still? As WPB is far more promiment and simpler to use.

No please, I need to do it the way I had it, but just to have the Category filter inside.

No you are not quite understandable.
I don’t want the sidebar. I just want to be able to filter by Categories please. I think the two col grid is just fine.

IT doesn’t have to be on the left.
I just want it to either be in a single row (which I think i can do in the shortcde), but I do want to add the Categories list in the dropdown options… which at the moment, I Don’t have.

I am certain I was sent a list of types of display… one being so they are in rows, rather than blocks. If you check back the page I Sent you will see I have started, but it’s a big Tiling… prefer it in rows if poss.

Ok.
1) how do I actually get the page setup that lists them all? I’m sure it is with a shortcode, but different versions? You have a very smart way of doing it.
2) Removal of files: let’s say the client sees a PDF that was never meant to be in the Downloads list. How does she remove it from the Downloads list?

Hello
I’ve gone thru all folders and Imported them all.
What happens next?
1) how do I display it searchable on a page?
2) how do we go through them all, and remove from the list (ie. if they weren’t meant to be added to the downloads screen).

Is there a way to do this to select ALL PDFs across the board, from say the Uploads folder directly, or do we have to delve into each sub month folder to do it?

IE. If you had docs going back 10 years, in each folder of the 10 years… do you see the issue?
If you could go to Uploads, and then just have it show ALL PDFS… by searching “pdf”…?

(bit like you do in Filezilla)

Already in there. But change what you need to…. The big big problem now is the means to give users the full list of Newsletter downloads. I’ll share privately what they have on the live site if you wish too.

Then it will be how we add products to specific users. But one job first.
BTW I don’t think your livechat is working.
