we have created our own custom taxonomies. We do not want to use the default WPDM taxonomy that is CATEGORY. So we want to hide it from all places or completely remove it from WPDM. Please advice.

We would like to upgrade from WPDM PRO (purchased on 14 Aug 22) to E-Commerce Pack. As per our conversation kindly include following additional gateways in the pack:

Hello,
We uninstalled everything, upgrade PHP to 7.4 and did clean re-installation. It worked!! Dont know how. But Premium package is functional now.

We disabled all other plugins except WPDM. Still the wpdm-premium-packages(version 5.4.0) throwing Fatal Error on Activation with same message as provided earlier.
We are working on local host. Here are the details:

we purchased and installed WPDM PRO on 16 Aug and also downloaded premium package on same date.
However on your advice We downloaded Premium package again today but same error is coming.

Currently we are testing it out on local computer server. Shall connect with you once we port it to the hosting platform.
In the meantime you can work out the solution for quick resolution.
Connected with this also the display of the custom taxonomies at the seller dashboard.

Point number 1: It is mentioned at your site that you can include any other payment gateway in this pack as per our requirement. Checkout this screen shot.

this is one thing you have to consider as the payment gateways are generally country specific and what you are offering have no relevance in India. In India we have Razorpay, CCAvenue, Instamojo, paypal, DBT etc.
Point No 2 : OK
Point No 3: Please do re-consider this as we not asking anything additional but simple 1-2 replacements. We are a startup scrounging for each penny. And it will be great gesture from your end for our association.
Waiting for positive response from your end so that we can move ahead immediately to E-commerce Pack.

Can you please clarify in case of e-commerce pack:
1. Many of the payment gateways are not used in India. We may need to pick up as per our requirements like Razorpay, instamojo CCAvenue etc. Can we do that?
2. Are these extra add ons as mentioned in the pack included in the e-commerce pack or we have to pay for these ?

1. We are building multi vendor site( you may call it e-commerce) for digital files where multiple vendors can sell digital files.
2. We purchased WPDM PRO yesterday but still not very clear about few aspects
Our queries on your response:
1. Do we need elementor plugin or we need to deactivate it?
2. We see three child themes on link you shared. Which one is useful for us considering our site?
3. WE saw the demo of Attire theme at https://demo.wpattire.com/ and came across many good pre-built templates for digital marketplace using WPDM.

These pre-built templates and layouts are available in free version or we have to purchase PRO theme. We will purchase if these are available for WPDM.

Your packs are all confusing!!!
We are setting up E-commerce multi vendor site for Digital Products. Based on the recommendation on live chat we purchased WPDM PRO today. But now we came across Ecommerce Pack and Special Pack. We are totally getting confused as to what should we do.
Please guide.
Also guide us on the best theme compatible with WPDM PRO with all templates.
