Due to security reason I am not able to grant you access to my client’s site. Is there something I can troubleshoot? Not sure why the numbers in the name of the files being uploads don’t show up in the file name of the download files to clients? PM me offline if more appropriate. Thanks!
Hi,
So if I use [file_list] I will see a zip file and individual files to download?

I do have [file_list] included in my template. Does this mean that multiple files shouldn’t become a zip file? I just checked and the files still appear to be zipped if there is more than one.
The names I am referring to are the uploaded document names. Once uploaded for the selected people to download, the file names are different (don’t include numbers). Is there a way to make the document name match the download file name?
Thanks for your quick reply. I rolled back to a working version of DM (April 2020) and the files are now showing as individual downloads instead of zip files. Is there a way to force this after updating to the current version of DM?
Also, my client indicated that the file names on the server don’t match the download names. For example MC4.doc only shows MC.doc (no numbers are showing in the file name). Is there a way to force the file names on the server to match the file names on the dashboard – downloads?
I did already purchase it but don’t see it in my download list. Not even saying expired.
.
Let me know if you have a problem viewing my 2 private messages.
the problem is IF the available time is Jan 2 at 8:33 and the expired time is Jan 2 at 8:45 say it is 8:34 and I try and download I don’t get the download option I get the expired message. (when I should be able to download the pdf) Please test out actually downloading before the expire time. NOTE it isn’t working.
It is urgent that I get this tested and working tomorrow. Please see my private message. I need the support on this purchased plugin.
Hi, did you test the activation and expire link and if so did it match up to actual time?
I need to update my client on this. Please reply back.
please let me know what you learn
Can you provide some suggestions? I need to get this working asap for my client. I thought purchasing this plugin would do the trick.
sorry

Hi, I’m not sure if I needed to but I just purchased your download period plugin thinking this would fix my issue.
Before purchasing the plugin
See downloads image below. I set start and expire time. This time didn’t line up with my actual time. In this case the download button disappeared when not “available” but as mentioned didn’t work as I need it for certain times.
Then I bought the download manager period add on and you will see the second image expire. You will see that the button appeared and a message is displayed which is great but look at the expire time and then to the bottom right at the actual time. It wasn’t the expired time yet BUT the expired block was showing.
I have having an issue with Download Availability Period: I have a calendar icon to click to say when to make available and when to expire. This is found under packages and in a particular package. I am assuming this is looking at the wordpress time setting in WP core. That being said when I specify the “download” button doesn’t turn on and off according to my settings.
