Thank you Shahriar, looks like they are all activating now, I’ll try out my sites and see if the “file-not-found” problem still exists. 3

SO am I understanding the pro version that I purchased for the special 99.00 price supports multisite however it says only 1 domain. Currently my licensing is split between my old hosting server and my new hosting server, do you think it could be because of that?

Also for further reference, If I upload a new file at my main site reddingschools.net I do not have a problem with the download .. it works as intended, this only happens when I try and do it at one of my other sites. Is there a chance that it’s not working because the version of the plugin that I have loaded / purchased is not a multisite capable version?

So watching my apache logs I see the request come through to download

[22/Feb/2018:21:43:03 +0000] “GET /download/pac-agenda-december-19th-2017/?wpdmdl=5027&ind=0 HTTP/1.1” 200 516 “http://sycamore.reddingschools.net/download/pac-agenda-december-19th-2017/” “Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36”

I don’t see my PHP error log. Running this WP install on a Google Cloud Compute platform, so still looking for the PHP logs.. not sure where they store them.

Ok I SSH’d into the system and went and checked and it does look like the folder is there, however I don’t know what permissions to be checking for / or if the .htaccess file exists, I’m not seeing an .htaccess file when I do a ls -l in that folder, so should I create one and what should be the contents of the file.

Here’s a screenshot of the folder location on the server

I’ve tried this many times, here’s a screenshot showing a PDF is attached. I’ve tried this many times. Is it an issue with my license and running a multi-site? I thought the version I purchased was capable of running multisite like the old version I used prior.
