I must say that the lack of a response from an official “staff member” is unbelievable. As someone who has years of experience in web design and wordpress development I managed to solve the issues before Phil replied

I must give credit to Phil for giving up his time to help.

At the end of the day we have paid for wpdm if one of my customers had paid me and needed help I couldn’t leave them hanging.
