Layout size is not related to WPDM, you can extend it with custom css code.

In the “Download notification” settings, you selected the SMS option but did not fill in the “Twilio SMS” settings.
It was causing the issue.
I have de-selected the SMS option and it is now working properly.

Sorry, “package description” is not included with Keys.
You can use the core WordPress function “get_the_content” to fetch the package description.

Use shortcode [wppm_downloadarea], this shortcode will show
both the “Download Limit” progress bar and “Membership Items” section.
Showing only the “Download Limit” progress bar section will require some customization.
