Why Expires Date and Expiration in admin panel, ” Subscribers” list and “Membership Plans” list invalid data??

Okay fine it updated, but “license key invalid ” error shows whene update license key

Thanks, immediate response.

I tried to update the license on the license tab of download manager. it shows invalid key. and this is temporary hosting.

I installed v 4.7.2. from where I get new?

I did’t get any reply about my first issue,
I give login access also, but still issue not fixed.

I created free package “Free Trial” for 30Days, 1Cycle and if the customer subscribes this plan, then an invalid/epoch(01-01-1970) date showing as next billing date( expiry date. ).

Please refer attached above images and fix ASAP
this issue faced from Nov 5, 2017.

Membership Expiration and Disable recurring payment/activation

I give login credential also. but still not fixed. i created 1 week ago. please fix it ASAP

1. I create free package “Free Trial” for 30Days, 1Cycle and if the customer subscribes this plan, then an invalid/epoch date showing an Next Billing Date(expiry date).

Dear Mr. Hasibul,

I have the same issue please refer image.

Before(localhost) it was showing content to all visitors even if required membership set, but now when I assign “Allow Access: All visitors” and “Required Membership: Free trial” then content didn’t show.

I want show package and each package to all visitors, but limit the download button respect to membership level.

I got it Cancel and Success URL, am asking is there any predefined URL is required or just user dashboard URL?

If you don’t mint please fix following issues which I faced.

1. I Created a package and I can see it fine when I do a preview and publish. However, when someone views as a subscriber/visitor, the table of packages isn’t listed and the subscriber sees the error “you are not allowed”. I assign Allow access “All visitors”.

2. Is there any plugin/add-on support for user registration approve?

Thank you for your support, regarding sandbox PayPal, issues fixed. now after payment automatically activate membership level.

But I have a query, what is the Cancel Ur & Return Url on Membership setting page?

I don’t think so start date and end date working proper
and expiration date shows on the user page on the wp-admin side also not working.

eg:
I create membership plan Free Trial for 1 month. I customer subscribe automatically set user membership to expire date 30days and it should show in user dashboard

How can users upgrade/degrade or cancel the current membership plan?

Dear Support,

Thanks for your support. But Expiration date in Membership plan list page and Subscriber List page still no changes even if I change Billing Cycle Limit” in Billing Details panel.

Please Please clear ASAP!.
