The logout issue isn’t clear. Could you please explain little more? You said, “So I log out and it logs me completely our of WordPress?” Isn’t this the expected behavior of logout action?

Are you using WPDM Signup form? If you want the user to login automatically after registration then add autologin=true parameter in your wpdm_reg_form shortcode.

I see you have already added the following CSS,

As the height difference is higher than normal line-height you have to add a custom line height there to push the 5th card further,

After activating the WPDM, Please go to Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access > Login Page option and set ‘None Selected’ as value. That should stop the redirect to WPDM login page.

Setting the price using CSV works fine. I sent you a sample CSV in this ticket https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/price-does-not-change-when-import-form-csv-file/ which shows the proper format of CSV file to set pacakge price.

Here is another CSV which updates the price of your “Citroen C4 1.6_HDI_115 Adblue Fap lambda off 1037540764” package. You have to follow this CSV format. You can’t directly import the exported CSV file.

Please install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.

2) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases

3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

If you login to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates page, you can update the plugin right from your plugins page.

We fixed that update issue. Now, the update should work fine if there is no issue with login and license. Please logout from your Downloads > Settings > Updates tab and log in again to check if it is related to WPDM login.

If that doesn’t work, Could you please send temporary wp-admin and WPDM login info in private reply? I want to check the update process on your site.

Please check if the spam submissions are coming from specific IPs. You can block IPs from downloading the file by listing them in “Blocked IPs” option in the Basic Settings page.

If you are using bulk import you can define the price in your CSV. No need to some custom code to do that. Create a column with base_price title and for each package write the price under this column. You can also add a sales_price column.

If you are facing trouble with auto-update, logout, and then login again from your Downloads > Settings > Updates tab. That should fix the issue.

Yes, you will be able to bulk update membership plans of existing users using the new add-on. You have to make a CSV which will contain all user info and import that file using the importer.

Added the publish date field in frontend uploader form. Please check now.

Where is it showing the 404 error? Please check the edit package screen and make sure the package has a featured image.

This could be an issue with the cache dir too. Deactivate the plugin and reactivate again to create the dir, in case it is missing.

Have you attached both files in the same package? If that’s the case, the file upq-resources.zip is actually compressed copy both files and the name is coming from the package name.

You can enable single file download and show the file list to download single files and keep the filename same as the original. Use “Single Column, Playlist” page template to show the file list.
