Please clone the template you are using now. You can do it from the Downloads > Templates page. Remove the [download_link]
template tag from the cloned template. That will remove the pacakge download button.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.
Please activate Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface tab. If Bootstrap 3 is already selected save the settings again. Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if that doesn’t solve the issue.
Hi,
WP CLI is getting the version from wp.org and the free version number is actually lower than Pro version, so it is showing the “version higher than expected”.
The solution is using our plugin updater to install updated versions of Download Manager Pro. You can do that if you log in to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates Tab. When a new version is available it shows notice in the plugins page. You can also subscribe to our blog to get notification of the plugin update report.
Thanks.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info to check why built-in video player template not working on your side.

Hi,
If you are changing the domain, unlock the key from the old domain. You can do that from your Purchases > Order Details page by clicking the “Generate Key” button.
If you are getting the error without moving the license to another domain then install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
Thanks.
Hi Mehdi, Please install and activate the Premium Package add-on. You will find the currenc option in the Settings > Premium Package > Payment Tab.
Please select the “Hide Everything” option from “When user is not allowed to download:” option in the Basic Settings page. That will hide packages which are restrcited to current user.
Fixed the issue. Please try saving the option or creating a new package.

Yes, you can use the offset
parameter to get next batch of pacakges. We will update the API doc soon.
Please check the ticket here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/document-link-format/
You can get the package id using [ID]
template tag.
We have found the issue. It is related to the WPDM Guetenberg add-on. Fix is coming soon.
If the frontend style is okay then the link template should be available in Downloads > Templates page. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply so I can check the issue there.
Please check now.
I think the error is coming from some kind of conflict with another plugin. WPDM enqueues the jQuery so there should be no jquery undefined error. Maybe one of your plugins is removing the jquery added by WPDM.
Hi, We have released a new version 5.0.4 Please install it to fix the issue. Thanks.
1 ) Download in the search result page is working now. WPML plugin was breaking the download link generated by [download_link]
, I have used a custom link template to replace [download_link]
with [download_url]
2 ) By layout, do you mean the link template? If yes, you can define template
in search result shortcode to control the result view.
3 ) The search widget title is visible now.
