@Emmaxson, In crypton there, there required to change a line ( as the theme was not designed targeting music site line Muzik theme ) in single-wpdmpro.php and Shaon told me, he did that once for you. However, if you need to do that again, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.

Please use order_field instead of order_by, so short-code is [wpdm_packages link_template="link-template-panel" order_field="download_count" order="desc" paging="0" items_per_page="10" cols=1 colsphone=1 colspad=1 title="Most Downloaded Packages" desc=""]

It was not asking for password because you skipped password lock for loggedin user. However now it is asking for password but your theme has a js error which is conflicting with password popup, need to fix the js error with your theme, please ask your theme developer.
