Create a package and add multiple files, from package settings enable individual file download, then publish. Now if you view the package, you can download any single file you want or all files at a time.

direct url like http://coptic-treasures.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/15-16_keraza_2015.pdf will not work, because download-manager-files dir is http access protected by .htaccess rule, but if you want to avoid that, remove .htaccess files from that dir.
only change package-price-here in that SQL, __wpdm_base_price is the key name, so, an example SQL for setting price $10 is:
update wp_postmeta set meta_value='10' where meta_key='__wpdm_base_price'
I’ve remove the button and used the panel link template, also adjusted login popup again, now it is working fine. But please let me know if you want to change anything else.
May you please show it to your server/hosting support, as it is related with server settings they need to adjust it.
This will totally depend on your theme actually, if your theme has a full width page, you can use page template add-on to select that full with page for wpdm packages. Another way is copy single.php and name it single-wpdmpro.php and remove the sidebar code from new file.

Yes, got the session issue, it works fine in second click when session set properly, however the issue will be adjusted in next update.
And email customization option also will be available in next update.
We are changing it in this way, you simply will use the category name, it exact name already exists, the package will be attached with that category otherwise it will create a new category and attach package within that category, it make take another 1-2 days.

In that case it is an issue with your theme actually, probably loops are not used properly in your theme. Please ask your theme developer to check theme code.
Go to settings permalink and click update button, if you still see the issue please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply. I shall check and adjust that for you.
