However, if you want to hide all package info and download link when user don’t have access, please select Hide Everything from wpdm settings page for the option When user is not allowed to download:
Ops, sorry, advanced custom fields still will not work with csv import, but we are already working on it and next update of the custom field add-on will work fine as you are doing now.

If user click on download button, it actually goes to that URL to start download. Probably users are sharing direct download link form there, however as @shaon said, Block Hotlink add-on can protect you from such sharing, users or bots will bot be able to access download link directly or from the shared link.
After creating the package, if admin try to download it, it will create the zip and to cache the zip you need to check the option Cache created zip file from multi-file package from Admin Menu Downloads Settings Basic Tab File Download Panel.
I see you are using different 3rd party ( not from us ) membership plugin, you need to ask them, if they have support for download manager.
Master Download URL is regular-download-url&masterkey=KEY, for example, if regular download URL http://your-site.com/download/package-name/?wpdmdl=1, Master Download URL is http://your-site.com/download/package-name/?wpdmdl=1&masterkey=KEY
You can show only pay button using tag [play_button], but it is just a button ( play/pause ), however please give your url to suggest proper css changes.

Default value doesn’t yet sync with bulk import, but it will be form next update. Also will have bulk update option. Next update is coming within this month.

it will not hide category, but if you select “Hide Everything” option and use category short-code, user who don’t have access will not be able to see or download a package. Everything can download the package because “All Visitors” is select for “Allow Access” option. http://computer-info.nl/documentation/bios-settings/gui/ looks too messed up to me :(. Also php execution from there will depend on the plugin you using there.
current btn color styles ( as bootstrap css ):
- default
- info
- primary
- warning
- danger
- success
- inverse
But if you want to use custom color, lets use style="custom", then write css for .btn-custom in your theme css file.
