Yes, file copied into download-manager-files dir.
And thanks, we have adjusted the copy / overwrite issue and synced it with wpdm file upload option in wpdm setting page for next update.

Actually no other option for now, we are working on improvement of stats feature. However in wpdm v4.4, stats should be lot more faster then previous versions.

if files are in download-manager-files , you need to use only file name, otherwise user absolute path. Batch importing doesn’t collect files from sub dir.
