It was because ambiguous url slug. You can’t use dashboard page name as download page url slug. Anyhow I changed the url

slug to download and now it is working fine.

You need to upload German translation file to download-manager/languages dir.

If you are using public downloads, you can use like this <a href="[download_url]" target="_blank">[link_label]</a> in link/page template to open download link in new window. Template Docs: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/

You can add view embed code in description, but we don’t have any plan to add direct download option from you tube as it is against their policy.

Probably you are trying to use [download_url] tag to link directly, but you can’t use <a href="[download_url]">text</a> for locked package, you need to use [download_link] instead, that will generate complete download form with lock options.

You can’t use direct download link with [download_url] tag for locked packages. you always need to use [download_link] for locked packages.

please use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ to generate accordion short-codes. I see from screenshot tinymce button add-on is already active in your installation, please click on the blue download icon.

in custom theme, it always use the custom template, but if you want to use wpdm page templates, simply delete single-wpdmpro.php from your theme dir.
