1. Found the issue in save settings when no option is checked in Downloads   Settings Frontend Category Page Options. Will be fixed in next update which is coming soon.

2. Found no Graphical element after description in test environment. Please send login info to check this one.

You can use custom link template, if you want to change the data presentation of package.

Downloading big file related to server timeout (if internet speed is slow), ask your server admin to check this issue. Download worked fine in my test ( https://www.evernote.com/l/AUes3JMKcCJFTrj8V2_-uq1KtPblRg47TD0 ).

Redirect issue fixed there. two packages (17, 18) was redirected to 1 and 2 . After changing slug, it works now. It might be an WP issue or you redirected those urls with some plugin (However it is okay now).

However, can you save other setting? Try disabling other plugins, to find if any js error generated from those.

It should work for all admin users. There might be some kind of restriction applied from other plugin. Disable other plugins to find if that’s the reason for this issue.

You have to create a php file in your theme directory and name it single-wpdmpro.php (use ftp for that), Copy content of single.php to the new file. After that remove get_sidebar() function (it may vary depending on your theme) from there.

I have created a sample package and download worked fine.

The redirection error may be caused by on of your plugin. Please try disabling other plugin to find which one is creating the redirect error. If it is okay to disable other plugins for debug purpose, i can do that for you too.

Use [download_link_extended] template_tag. It embeds email form with download link. I already did it in your custom template, now email field is showing in download page.
