You can control it from wpdm settings, use a custom message for the option Login Required Message: and uncheck the option Show Only Login Form Instead of Login Required Message

Ok now.  Actually bootstrap doesn’t have lots of option for this feature, however we added some custom js code to manage this.

  1. You need to create a field group like this:
