plugin dir name should be download-manager. But I see in your installation, it is download-manager-2, I’ve deleted and reinstalled wpdm pro and now everything is ok.

There is a js error in your site coming from another plugin or activate theme, which is causing this issue, the issue also breaking regular posts too.

Yes, $taxnomy = “wpdmcategroy” , you can get term id from last column of category list ( Admin Menu Downloads Categories )

In WPDM settings try disabling resume able downloads and output buffering. That might solve the issue.
