Please check the File Browser Access option in WPDM settings. Also check your browser console to make sure there is no JS errors. To check further in this issue we need access to your installation. It would be better if you can install WPDM in an dev server, where we can test this issue.
Email Lock and Password lock can’t be combined to access download. User can download after email or password if you are using email and password lock. But you can use Form Lock or Advanced Custom Fields addon to add more complicated form in download lock.
Form Lock does not integrate with Mailchimp addon. Only email from email lock can be sent to mailchimp.
I think your issue was related to package update. Updating a package resets it’s master key, which is used for direct download in mail link. But link will work if package is not updated. New link required after updating the package.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to update the Archive page add-on code to hide user restricted packages. We will look into other shortcodes before next release.

You can add one or more files from Dropbox to a single package. You do not have to create separate package for each Dropbox file, if you don’t want to.
After creating your package/s just set the Download Limit from Downloads Settings Basic page.
Please disable Resumable Download and Output Buffering from Downloads Settings Basic File Download Panel. That should fix the issue. Otherwise it is coming from conflict with another plugin. Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply in latter case.
You have order twice. One as a guest and another as logged in user. First one has not been connected to your account as you have not resolved the order id.
However, please let me know if you need the second order ( another license key ) or should i return the payment?
Clone the template you are using now and remove the [download_link] template tag from there. Then set it as your package template in package settings. That will remove the zip download link.
You can clone your template from Downloads Templates page.
Did you import your packages in new installation? You need to export packages from old installation and then import those in new installation. Then move the whole uploads/download-manager-files directory.
