Hi,
Looks like you are using an older version of Download Manager. Please install the latest version. Download it here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ Deactivate and delete the old version before installing the latest one. You won’t lose any data.
Let me know if still having the issue after update.
Thanks.
Customization work will be delivered as a separate add-on. So, core plugin update won’t affect the customization.
The screenshot show package details page. The table is generated by the page template ( doc link: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/page-templates/) You can change the page template from package settings meta box.
You can create custom page template if you want to style/customize package details page. Please check this doc https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/creating-a-new-template/
The doc link in your reply is deprecated. It was for an older version of WPDM.
Please subscribe to our blog to get release notification.
Looks like you haven’t selected Allow Access value in frontend upload form. So, this field is empty when creating a package from the frontend. That’s why the red X button instead of Download button.
In your custom file upload template set the allow access field value to your desired roles or all visitors. Or select user roles in allow access field when uploading the package.

Hi,
Sorry, I am not sure if I understood what you meant. Are you referring to the download details ( view package ) page? Could you please send me a link?
You can modify/change details page view using Page Templates in Package settings meta box. There are some built in page templates and you can build custom templates using WPDM’s template editor.
Regards.
Favorite downloads are listed in users public profile page /profile/?profile=userid. We will soon add the list in user’s dashboard.
Please check add-on page info to understand add-on features.
Page Template add-on allows you to use your theme’s page template on the download details page. This is useful when you are trying to control sidebar on the download details page.

Hi,
Please deactivate and delete current installation. You won’t lose any data or settings.
Then download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ and install it.
That will fix any issue you are having due to the auto update process.
Thanks.
Hi,
Did you check the Downloads Stats Download History Tab? It does contain a log of all downloads where you can easily check last months downloads. This log is sorted chronologically. So it is easy to check last months downloads.

Or do you want something different? It is possible to create any kind of stats view but requires customization if it is something new.
Thanks.
Replace the /plugins/optin-ninja/api/mailchimp.api.php file with the following copy,

New file checks if API class already exists.

Unlocked your key from old domain. It should work now.
You can use doc preview only in public documents. Because google doc preview library can’t access a private document.

There was a class conflict between these two plugins. Optin Ninja doesn’t check if the MailChimp API class already exists, It loads MCAPI class even when one instance exists. However, It is working now. Now MailChimp API is initiated only once.
