Have you installed the Pro version of WPDM? If not please download it here. Deactivate and delete free version before installing Pro version. You won’t lose any data.
You can use Form Lock plugin to use a custom form instead of email lock. Or another option is using Advanced Custom Fields add-on. ACF add-on adds more fields to the email lock. Please check those links to know more about add-on features.
Create a custom link template with [file_list]
template tag. Use this custom link template when inserting shortcode on your page.
Use [wpdm_user_dashboard fav=1 flaturl=0]
shortcode to show favourites in user profile tab.
Hi,
Your key is linked to burlescombeprimary.co.uk Do you want to move the license to another site?
Also, from the current version, you can update plugin right from your dashboard. Just connect your WPDM account from Downloads Settings Updates tab.
Thanks.
Sorry, It is not possible yet.
You can use Default Values add-on to apply email lock by default for all new packages. To add lock in old packages you have to go one by one.
The user can view their download history from dashboard history tab. Dashboard shortcode is [wpdm_user_dashboard flaturl=0]
1 ) Create a custom link template from Downloads Template page. You can clone an existing template from that page and edit on top of it. Remove all data that is not important for you ( i.e. version, date, download count etc ). Also remove [page_url]
and [page_link]
template tags those exists there. That will remove all link to the details page.
When inserting the category shortcode select this custom template as your link template. Install TinyMCE add-on to insert shortcode easily.
2 ) You can also modify the details page ( http://rodribv.com/download/test-bestand/ ) by using a custom page template.
Download Button shows up after form submission in my test as shown in the following screenshot. Where are you having the issue? Please send me package link.

1 ) The user must provide an email address for each package. You can skip locks for logged in users if you want.
2 ) We will look into this stats issue soon. For now, you can use the Download History tab to track your download or you can use package specific statistics.
Hi,
You need another Pro license if you want to use WPDM in both sites.
If you want to move the license from staging to production site then send me the license key in private reply.
Thanks.
On my test PDF viewer looks fine in Firefox and Chrome. But found the icons issue in Safari. We will take care of it in next release.

The server can apply limits in ajax call. So based on data size some ajax request might work and some don’t. If you ask the server support they will know if it is related to server settings.
You can also try deactivating other plugins.
Did you face any issue with license verification?
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. Looks like it is related to a plugin conflict or JS errors.
The viewer should look like this demo https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/download/pdf-viewer/
Maybe there is some kind of conflict in your site. Please send me the link to check.
