Looks like there is an issue with csv addon’s autoloading process. We will add a patch to fix it in next release of the add-on. The update will be released as soon as possible.

Please try deactivating other plugins for testing purpose. Maybe one of the active plugins causing this.

Please check following example CSV file. There is an URL in files column instead of an actual file. We map this with WPDM:files when importing and after import, this URL is attached to the package.

Do you have the latest version of Download Manager? Also, check your /uploads/downloads-manager-files/ dir. That dir should store your WPDM files. Please send wp-admin and FTP login info in private reply if everything seems okay from your side.
