I need a user with administrator role to check download manager files and related settings. Please assign the administrator role to the temp user.
Login info is not working. Please re-check the credentials.
No download found! the issue may be coming from a plugin conflict. Did you try deactivating other plugins to find the conflict?
Currently, you have 1 download per row. Do you want to change it? You can any template you want there to change the look.
Sorry for the delayed reply.
Please check now. Added the following CSS in Appearance Customize Additional CSS to fix the overflow issue.
.da-slide-current{ z-index: 1 !important; }
Thanks.
Have you set up PayPal API Credentials ( Username, Password, Signature )? In which step you are getting this error?
Please send me a package link to check the issue. Maybe we can solve it by adding custom CSS.
Please check the following screenshot,

It is possible but requires some code update in /wpdm-premium-packages/assets/js/wpdmpp-front.js file.
You have to remove line no 204 for the file,
$('#pay_btn').data('label', $('#pay_btn').html()).attr('disabled','disabled').html('<i class="fa fa-spin fa-spinner"></i>').css('outline','none');
Looks like IE is ignoring the margin in the link. I have added another <br> Please check if that works.
Hi,
It is not possible to change the PayPal account. Please ask your client to place another order using their account. And send me your order id. We will stop the auto-renewal from your account.
Thanks.
For some unknown reason, Your server is responding with 403 code when the password is wrong. However I have added some code in your custom WPDM login template to handle this situation. Now it shows errors when password is worng.
Hi,
Before moving your license to another domain, we have to unlock it from the old domain. The invalid key issue is related to that. However, unlocked the key. Please try now.
If still having the issue make sure you have the latest version ( 4.7.7 ) of Download Manager and using the correct key.
Thanks.
You can use our Directory add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ ) to show downloads with various filters and search options.
However, custom post type slug for WPDM packages is wpdmpro Maybe you have to add that to your code to support search in the grid,
$query->set( ‘post_type’, array( ‘post’, ‘essential_grid’, 'wpdmpro' ) );
Hi,
You are using an old version of Download Manager. Please install the latest version. You can download it here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
Deactivate and delete the old version before installing the latest version. You won’t lose any data or settings.
Let me know if the issue persists with the latest version too.
Thanks.

Hi,
It is not possible to modify the tree view. You need Directory Add-on to show the files and categories using sidebar view. Here is the demo of sidebar view https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/archive-page-sidebar/
Thanks.
Oh, I see you are looking in the wrong place for the downloads. You have to go to the package details page ( https://www.toi-suisse.com/download/press-map-july-2018/ ) to download the file. Or you can place shortcode in a page to show one or more downloads.
The dashboard doesn’t list the downloads. It just shows you download history.
Hi,
It looks like, any security plugin or your server is blocking ajax request when submitting the form and showing the error message
Request unsuccessful. Incapsula incident ID: 501001130023927330-33117552254453528, It needs to be adjusted by your hosting support.
Best regards.
Please send wp-admin and FTP login info to check the issue. This looks like directory permission issue. Did you check the directory permission of cache directory? You can also try clearing cache from WPDM Settings Privacy.
It was fixed while ago. Please try clearing browser cache. Please send login info in private reply if the issue persists.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.
