I deactivated some plugin during the test. But reactivated those again before leaving the site. The site should be the same as before. Please let me know if I missed something.
We released the updated version PayU add-on. Please update your copy.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.
This is probably a directory permission issue. Could you please check the /uploads/download-manager-files/ directory. If file upload was successful, then files should be available in this directory.
Hi, Unlocked your key from the old domain. Key should work now. Thanks.
Sorry about the issue. Please try again. It should work now.
Hi,
Please check if a package exists with that id. Does it serve any text file with further info about the issue or just doesn’t respond when clicking the button?
You can send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if you want me to check the issue there.
Best regards.
Hi,
If you are not using a custom directory clicking the refresh button should fix the path issue. Also, make sure your user role has File Browser Access.

Please send login info in private reply if you can’t make it work.
Thanks.
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
Please remove the access options from category settings. You can achieve what you want just from packages settings. When creating the package assign roles as you are doing now. Packages should be hidden if user doesn’t have access to it as you have set the option ‘Hide Everything’
Let me know if removing category setting doesn’t fix the issue.
Thanks.
Where did you add the code? You can copy & paste the code at the bottom of your theme’s functions.php file.
Did you paste the whole code block?

Download Manager category is a custom taxonomy. It should work if translation works for any custom taxonomy. Could you please contact WPML team to check the issue?
Stats are logged automatically. No extra setup is required for that. Did you check the Stats Download History tab? It should list all downloads. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if you can’t see any log there.
This requires a custom solution. No built-in option to check download history of a selected timeframe.
Looks like a JS issue. Maybe active theme or another plugin interfering with WPDM ajax request. You can try deactivating other plugin or switching theme to find where it is coming from.
Please send login info in private reply if you want me to take a look there.
Please network deactivate the Download Manager. Then activate the plugin on each sub-site. That should fix this issue.
Sorry, No hook available there yet. But soon we will add plugin option of hook to manage this is a better way.
There is an option to block only download links when a user does not have access to the package. Currently, your setting is set to Hide Everything option. You can change it from Downloads Settings Basic Access Settings Panel. Setting the option to ‘Only block download link’ will enable the permission denied message on packages.

The JS error is coming from your theme. But there is another issue, your server is returning 500 internal server error when sending AJAX request for downloads. This may be related to the old WordPress version you have there. Is it okay if I update the WordPress on your site?
Hi,
The download is working fine in my test. I have tested both packages https://www.lesptitsruses.ch/download/repas-du-21-au-27-septembre-2015
Could you please check again? Let me know if I missed something.
Thanks.
Same for the [wpdm-all-packages order_by=title order=desc jstable=1] Title is linked to the details page.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if the shortcode doesn’t add the details page link in your site.
Hi,
There are many variables when you are calculating site speed. The most important thing to consider is web hosting. If your server is not optimized or using a server with limited resources ( e.g. cheap shared servers ) you can’t expect a fast site.
Download Manager handles many data-heavy operations which adds a little more load on your server as any other similar plugin would do. But that does not have any noticeable effect on site speed. And if you use a cache plugin, all WPDM pages are loaded through the cache and does not add any server load. It just serves cached page without any server calculation.
By the way, I checked your link. The site speed seems pretty nice. Like most other WordPress sites.
Best regards.
Please use this copy https://www.dropbox.com/s/nyo0w5n05frr6gx/wppromembership.zip?dl=0 Do not change the folder name, install it by uploading from Plugins Add New page.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info and links of two packages that represent the cases you reported.
I made the change on line 94 in /download-manager/admin/class.DownloadManagerAdmin.php file. You have to do it again after plugin update. The link is an image button by default. You requested to change it to text in a previous ticket.
Processing multiple PDF files requires more server resource. Do not have the exact numbers on this matter. But can’t guarantee if multiple file stamping would work on your site or not.
In this ticket ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/guest-download-hide-form/ ), I explained how to create a template file for guest order details.
In the new template file, you will find wpdm-premium-packagee in line no 65. Have you noticed the misspelled word? Just replace it with wpdm-premium-packages
That should fix the translation issue with the word Quantity.
