WPDM MailChimp add-on was initially developed as a supporting add-on for core WPDM plugin. That’s why we didn’t add extensive integration with Premium Package.

But adding e-commerce features will definitely make the add-on more useful. We have added this in our to-do list. Will add all necessary features in the next update of the add-on. Do not have an exact release date yet. But will try to release asap.

Did you copy the code from the link? If you enable the theme editor I can add the code. There was no change from the WPDM side. Maybe your text replace plugin isn’t filtering custom post types.

In the latest version, WPDM has an option to hide and not store the IP address. I have removed the IP info from the history tab in your current copy.

Sorry, from your screenshot I see that your query was about the download history in user dashboard. Removed the IP from there.

You can now copy the /download-manager/tpls/user-dashboard/download-history.php file in your /active-theme/download-manager/user-dashboard/download-history.php location to keep the changes even after plugin update.

No option yet to remove the message completely. But we could add a filter to modify the message.

For the time being, I have simplified the message using a simple button. If you want you can modify the button or the whole thing from /wppromembership/libs/class.PostAccess.php file. The message is processed at the last function of this file, so you will find it at the bottom.

Using the [pdf_thumb] tag ensure the highest quality thumbnail that is possible with ImageMagick. So, no other tweak is necessary. You can give it a try to check if the generated image meets your quality requirements.

Please login to your WPDM account from Downloads Settings Updates tab. You will see all available updates there. Just click the update button to install the updated version. Current Form Lock version if 1.6.2 so you have the latest version. The next version is almost ready and coming soon.

Top Downloads widget sort downloads by the download count. You can change the link template from widget settings. But it is not possible to change the sort order from settings.

Do you want to sort the downloads by ascending order? In that case, just change the order value from /download-manager/widgets/class.TopDownloads.php file ( line 17 ). Change 'order'►'desc' to 'order'►'asc'

Currently, MailChimp add-on can store the customer email after order completion. This is linked to the Premium Package.

And you can manage different lists for different membership levels.

Which template tag are you using there to show the add to cart button?

You can change the sender address from email template settings. Please go to Downloads Templates Email Template page. Then click the edit link of the template you want to update the address of. The address input is located at the bottom and labeled
From Email.

After activation, the PayPal Pro add-on settings should be available in the Premium Package payment settings tab. Please check the following screenshot, it shows where the option is located.
