You are using an older version of Download Manager there. If you approve, I can install the latest version. Then run the test on it. We do not support the older versions because new versions come with lots of fixes.

Maybe you are using an older version of Download Manager. Please update your copy. The tag support was added in a recent version.

Then it depends on how your custom field is being saved or how you are inserting it. WPDM doesn’t have control over it.

The avatar comes from Gravatar ( http://en.gravatar.com/ ). It is the standard WordPress approach to handle use images. It is service which automatically collects user’s image from Gravatar profile when the email is matched.

Do you mean custom template tags? Normal shortcodes won’t work inside link template. But you can add custom template tags using WPDM hook https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/filter-reference/wdm_before_fetch_template/

You have to use all packages table to show your downloads in a tabular format as shown in the screenshot.

Install the TinyMCE add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ ). Using this add-on you can insert the table shortcode for selected categories and sub-categories.

Please send login info in private reply. I have to check the package settings. Maybe some of your packages are downloadable by all visitors. I understand that you are restricting the download page but download access should be controlled from package access settings.
