Ok brilliant.

Was this done through the Advanced CSV Importer? This was the specific tool that was causing us an issue.

If that was what you used, what was it that allowed you to import it successfully?

Many thanks,
Stephen

We are not using the latest version. I am trying to update but the License Key is linked to an old, now-deleted development website. How do we link to our new domain?

Thanks!

Brilliant, thank you!

Am I right in thinking this can only be used in Bulk Import, and not with the Advanced CSV Importer?

If it can be done with the Advanced CSV Importer, what field would you map the ID to?

Thanks!
Stephen

And as an update, the categories do work when uploading them through the standard Bulk Import option.

Ok.

We’ve changed it so that it can find the categories now.

However, when i import the CSV, it only picks up some of the categories, not all of them.

See the image attached. What might be making this not work?

Thanks,
