Thank you for the responses.
I did have cached disabled but it looks like I have to delete the created zip file on \wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files every time I upload a new file on the attached dir for it to “refresh” the zip without having to update the package.
Not an ideal solution but that could work. Thank you
