Hi Warangel!

I had eexactly the same issue, all you need to do is go to Download Manager Setting and disbale Bootsrap Scripts (check Bootstrap JS) that solved my problem 🙂

Hi!

I continued my research and found the TinyMCE plugin extension. We could say that with it I solve the issue of this post (for those who don’t know it, it is basically a shortcode builder integrated in the post builder).

But now I have new issue with the TinyMCE plugin:

TinyMCE only renders Panel template

Even though I understand you have high volume of queries, I would expect faster support 🙁

I’ve also found that you already have a widget to render top downloads but you have a line commented in th file “class.TopDownloads.php” and that avoids to render it in the widget section (which seems pretty strange and embarrasing) Why is it? I have uncommented that line and I have been able to display top downloads in my sidebar.

Top Downloads Widget Missing

However I still need help to make the shortcode works and render top downloads (from all categories) in the body of a page.

Francisco

I’ve been researching and some users have the same issue until now I’ve have not find a solution. These are the cases I’ve found:

top downloads per category?

wpdm_packages shortcode: order_by is ignored

The only shortcode that have works until now is this:

[wpdm-all-packages order_by=title order=desc]

But it seems that its not affected by the “template” and “item-per-page” parameters.

Thanks for your support.

Hi Shaon,

I have my WP installation in a internal network it is not possible to give you access, I am also testing the plugin in a local installation and the problem persist.

What i am noticing is that if I change the value “asc” or “desc” it actually changes the list but it does not order the items by download_count but by create_date (or maybe by id)

Besides that, when I activated the toolbar (toolbar=1) in the “order by” menu I just see the options “Publish date” and “Title” ( I just saw the “download count” option the first time I loaded the page – but anyways the items were not loaded by download count- however when I reloaded I just saw “Publish date” and “Title”).

Does it sound familiar to you?

Thanks for your support.

Best,

Francisco
