Hi Shaon,

Just checking that you received our emails on 16/7/13 and 29/7/13? We are yet to receive a response. We are not able to successfully complete upload files using the Amazon S3 File Source tool (Amazon s3 storage add-on). I can confirm that the Access Key and Secret Key have been added to to Amazon S3 tab in the Download Manager Settings. We can successfully create buckets on the Add New Download Package page by clicking Create A New Bucket. The buckets created also appear in the S3 Management Console page, which would suggest that the API detials are correctly configure. When we click Upload File in Amazon S3 File Source tool on the Add New Download Package page the file appears to uploading but then does not show in the buckets.

Hi Shaon,

Could you please check out what is happening. It all looks right from our end.
We can see the AWS buckets in WordPress and can download.
But can not upload directly through the backend of WordPress (only through AWS) which is a requirement for us.

I will email access details.

I am also experiencing the exact same issues – I have trialled many different user permissions settings on our AWS account (with full S3 bucket permissions etc) with no result.
