Sure, for me there were two issues:

1. Plugin was not activated:

To resolve this I uninstalled the free version of WPDM and installed the Pro. After that I went to the customer portal on wpdownloadmanager.com -> clicked the download button (green button on the right) and that took me to a page that had an icon under “License”. That gave me the key to activate the plugin. On my site.

2. PDF preview was not working on files:

It looks like this was caused by documents that were uploaded before I upgraded to Pro. I removed the test documents I had uploaded, uploaded a new document and the functionality to preview the PDF worked using the Single Column with Doc Preview template.

I was able to resolve the above issue with support via email, thank you!

I do have a functionality question:

I will be hosting a lot of PDF files for viewing purposes for my visitors. I would like to allow them to view them but if they want to download they must enter their email and I would like the system to send them an auto unique code for a one time download.

Is the above possible?

I uninstalled the WPDM plugin and installed from the download file after purchase and now I do see a place that is asking for a License Key but did not get one via email and do not see one in my customer portal.

Also wanted to add that I did purchase the package but still see this at the top “Download Manager Pro!

Hi, I added the tag to the document at http://partsanditems.com/download/parts-and-service-manuals/ but as you can see there is no preview.

Any idea?
