We may need to remove our subscription if you continue to be un-responsive.

This is the problem at your service.
it is non-transparent and shady business you have where tracking is too difficult…even contacting the support is more worst.
I have never seen any company where all invoices are having same number? #5a957142c61b5

Do you have any explanation on it? Can you please revert all double /overlapping charges you have taken from us to our credit card? Also share the reference documentation so that we could be aware that you have reverted the charges.
Also suggest when will be our next renewal date?
