Yes, I’m aware that this is a temp fix (see OP). I just wondered if there’s a plan to stop it happening, especially as it’s only the X icon that duplicates and no other social channel.
Also, by default paging was set to ‘on’. Now we have to go through and add it specifically in our shortcodes if we want it on.
That means I will now have to go on all our websites and change the shortcodes as these were working previously:
[wpdm_category id="newsletter," template="link_template_cat" cols="2" toolbar=0 item_per_page=30 ]
they’ve changed the syntax – we were having the same issue. The shortcode is now itemS_per_page 🙁
Looks like in the latest update you guys have changed the shortcode syntax as it was item_per_page but has now changed to itemS_per_page.
Using this shortcode to only display 4 items from a category but its started to show them all:
[wpdm_category id="reception-remote," cols="1" toolbar=0 item_per_page=4 template="5c5c1c50e0186" paging="0"]
Anyone from support going to respond????
same issue here, our school client is using this on their website so obviously vital this plugin is working properly!
We are having the same issue, no custom templates showing in the ‘Default Values’ plugin Link templates list.
Is anyone doing help desk support? Client is asking for progress on this
Our clients has updated the plugin and now the error has returned where the blog posts cannot have a Download on them. You have managed to put a temporary fix in on this previously. Please can this be done again (or a permanent fix be put into the update as was also mentioned)
Thanks
Same URL having the issue: http://deafway.org.uk/job-vacancies/
No, this happens every time there is an update – I have about 15 websites I have to log into individually to update
Hi,
Its still doing it on all the sites I have WP Download Manager Pro on. Obviously the Free version sites are working perfectly as they don’t need the licence. I have Logged out and Logged back in several times but still does not keep the settings.
I have just had to manually ftp the download file onto every one of the sites I use as mine was doing the same. Not impressed!
Can you confirm whether the plugin updates contain a fix for this issue as I have heard nothing for a month on this?
none of my sites are showing that there is an update available
It works now but it won’t once I update as a tweak was made to the code and you guys said it would be implemented in a future update. This obviously wasn’t done so when I updated it messed my website up and I had to revert to a backup!
