Hi, I updated to the most recent version (5.2.4) and the issue went away. About your link, we need image previews not icons for JPGs. Thanks for looking into this. The issue is resolved.

Hi, this issue is resolved for me. It may have been because we still had the development link in the license. When we updated to the paid domain I didn’t update the license. After I changed the URL to our production URL, I was able to update from the admin area and didn’t need to do the manual route.

Just tried to update from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 and got this error:
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I know the steps for manual update but is there a way to get it to update from the WP backend?

After talking with Flywheel support, a redirect was required for the “www” directory. That took care of the issue.
