If I fill in the option “use custom content below” in Terms Page and fill in the fields individually, everything will be displayed correctly in the popup window.
It’s a standard theme (Twenty fifteen) with no modified css.
If I use a page for the content instead of “custom content”, nothing is displayed in the checkbox because I don’t know how to format it on the selected page.
How does it have to be designed, formatted, or whatever in this page, so that it is displayed next to the checkbox ??? The other two fields work perfectly. In my opinion, it cannot be due to the theme or css, as everything here is by default unchanged and is also displayed manually filled in.

I don´t know what is as usual. That´s the Problem. Can you explain it to me? It is not explained in the docs what the page should look like.

Please provide a sample page of how the Terms Page should look so that the fields are automatically filled in from the Terms page. That would help me and shouldn’t be a problem for you.

You offer to use a page to fill in these fields. You must be able to tell me how I have to design this page. Doesn’t mean bad, I’m just not a programmer, I just want to fill out 3 fields on one page. 2 of these 3 fields are filled in correctly. only one field is missing.

Hello, it’s an intranet. Therefore not accessible from the outside. I just want to know how I have to design a page so that the 3 fields in the terms and conditions for the lock option are filled.
You can choose between a page and Use custom content below. I want to use a page here. What does it have to look like?

Downloads on other sites work fine with the Chrome browser.
If you work without the AGB option, the download also works flawlessly with the download plug-in.

I think there is an error in the popup window that opens for the terms and conditions.

If this option is offered, it must also work with all browsers.

What’s next?

It’s an intranet. It is not possible to access the page from the outside. I do not think that it is a special behavior that is only understandable with us. I’ve seen other requests in the forum that describe the same problem. Unfortunately, this is only ever solved if you allow an employee to access the site with an admin. Please provide a solution that I can correct myself or, better still, will be fixed by an update. Many Thanks
