I just purchased “Pro” and found that the buying process is VERY broken. It says to put in your “Order ID” but instead you need to put in either your “Cart ID” or “Vendor ID” in order to download.
Also, version 3.3.8 and 4.1.6 of Download Manager is in the Zip file…but also “expo” and “wpdm-m24x”. NO INSTRUCTIONS on what to do with these additional directories, whether or not “expo” and “wpdm-m24x” should be nested in one of those Download Manager directories, and so on.
If you’re reading this Shaon, you need to go through your buying and installation process with someone besides just you since it’s NOT intuitive. NOTE: This is really meant to help, by the way, and not to be nasty. Your efforts with this plugin are awesome, which is why I spent money on a single site upgrade. As a development shop, if the “Pro” plugin meets our needs we’ll sign up for the developer program too.
