Same issue for me…
I’m not trying to attach anything from the new volume, I was trying to upload files to my site using WP Download Manager using Add package. Upload fails because the WP Download manager is uploading the files to my original disk space where it is already full. Why doesn’t it upload to my new volume?
See my hosting is under Digital Ocean with 320 SSD capacity. I was able to upload the files without any issues earlier. After the 320 GB capacity storage is full, I had to buy a new volume with an SSD capacity of 200 GB. I attached the SSD to my server correctly. I verified it from the Digital ocean. After attaching, I tried uploading the files which are more than 200MB in size, but not uploadable. It shows as the file is uploading, but it’s not writing to my new volume. Instead, it is writing to my old SSD which is already full. Due to which the upload fails.
I hope this is clear now.
There is no option to send private message. Or I’m i missing something?
no! I actually added a new Volume to my digital ocean account which is /mnt/volume_nyc1_05. My default volume is full, so i want this new volume to work in your plugin. Since I configured the volume properly, I changed the directory or file browser URL to the new /mnt/volume_nyc1_05. If i upload any new file, it fails! Not uploading it to the new volume. It’s still trying to upload to the old volume.
