it is showing the WordPress featured image twice on the page – ideally get rid of the top one but either is fine!
Thanks it is working but why does it show the image twice? Is it possible to remove the top image? I have tried to create a new page template and remove it but can’t see how. Could you do that for me? Thanks
I am quite happy to use the template but at the moment what is showing live has a big error message in the middle of it – see here for the live page

How do I fix that?

I had a reply from your team saying it WAS possible with the free version, they asked for sign in access and said they would set it up. I sent that on 24/4 but they haven’t done it
If it really is NOT possible with the free version and the Mailchimp Add on (which I have paid for) please tell me how to upgrade my pro subscription for 1 site to add the extra site. Thanks

Do I need to pay for Pro again to use it on a second site? and pay for Mailchimp twice too? I am really confused… All I want to do on the lovable media site is use Mailchimp lock – none of the other pro features

what about if the user is not signed in? How do I take guests direct to their purchases page?
The problem is that after payment (at least using Test Pay) the user is taken back to a page that looks like this – https://d.pr/free/i/GhmO0o
The message says “No item is added in the cart yet”. They need to get taken back to a page where they can download what they have just paid for. How do I fix that?

It takes the money OK – but I never got the downloads. What should happen after paying in paypal? For me nothing…. no email with the downloads and just took me back to the cart page which suggested I pay again.

Hi – I have put the downloadable file URLs in to the package – but when I test out buying the package, the download I get only includes the files not the video (Which is a a link to Vimeo). How do I include the Vimeo links in the package they get when they pay?
