it seems gmail unable to deliver emails to your severs. this is what i get when replying to wordpress@wpdownloadmanager.com, please let me know if you got it on support@wpdownloadmanager.com :

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

wordpress@wpdownloadmanager.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain wpdownloadmanager.com by wpdownloadmanager.com. [198.1.87.142].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 No Such User Here”
