figured it out – had to add login=0 to my shortcodes
If it is a problem with the server – Then why is it not occurring with the free version also?

When I use the free version of your plugin there is no error. Only on the professional version.
Can you please have another look – this is still not resolved and the host says its a specific conflict generated by the Pro version of your plugin
