This option doesn’t exist on free version.

As it is now, license keys are auto-generated, there is no ready to use option to add pre-populated license keys, it will require customization. You may contact our customization service https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/custom-upgrade-service/
However, in next update we shall add a filter hook with the generate_licensekey function, so that the output can be customized.
