Thanks a lot for coming back to me.

I have disabled the restrictions from the other plugin and enabled restriction rules just via the package edit page but I am still getting the same results.

Do you have any other ideas!

Just to clarify – this is happening when I visit a package with a restriction rule. For unrestricted packages there isn’t a problem.
