Hi.

I need to get approval from our management.
So please clarify what is this renewal for.

1) Stop all the software functions? We can not use them?
2) Stop update and support?
3) both 1) and 2)?

And moreover, please let me know where I can check my payment method registered in you system?

I can not find how to stop the auto renewal.
I can not find my payment method that might have been registered.

I think this is a very dishonest scheme.

But only Company Name has *
Can I add * to “Your name” and “Email”?

Actually I deleted all the files and re-uploaded them. Then I can see the file size.
Maybe the information didnt handover from Free to Pro.

Could you advise this? Can I hide the count of download?
