I seems to be working again, although I’m seeing errors on the page that weren’t there before. See screenshots – bottom of the page.
I see a few of my other plugins were disabled. Some are required. Did you suspect a conflict? Can I re-enable?

I saw you have another platform that locks by forms instead of by email – that might be even better for me so I bought that one too. and here’s something else that’s crazy… I bought the Constant Contact plugin and despite all the downloads you saw me test (sales@glds.com, garrick@glds.com, garrickrussell@gmail.com) none of them appeared in the ConstantContact mailing list. Only your email address appeared there. See the attached screenshots
hmm…. I’ve tried two other addresses and still no email. I’ve shot a video of my confirmation and demonstration that I’m not getting emails. Also, I see from the example you sent that even though the downloading customer supplied an email address, that address isn’t in the email you received. and I’ve set configuration to email sales@glds.com as our send to email. Also wondering what the sent email will look like. Will I know what email address downloaded the file? Can I configure the email with any “tokens?”
I’ve tried replacing the default template and it doesn’t seem to change the email I receive. I’m changing the file at /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/email-templates/ right? I replaced wpdm-email-lock-template.html with a file I edited yet the same stock template is sent. I’ve attached my replacement file. What am I doing wrong?
