Not sure what you mean by full setup? I want to move all the packages along with categories. So basically it will be exactly the same on another website including packages and categories. It is a different website though.

Thanks Shaon, can I have a few more details how to do this please. For example, where is the database located? Also does the database have all the files or do these need to be moved too. If so where are these located?

Hi we have an issue. If we run the SQL update, changes only occur to packages with new templates, the default templates do not change.

Question about page template. The system doesn’t allow you to change any templates through the admin. I can only add templates or duplicate existing ones. What this means is for each file (over 1000) we have to go through the files and update each template manually which will take ages. Is there a quick way to update the templates through the code or to change the template required through the SQL? Find and replace.

Thanks Shahriar, as I said there is nearly 1000 packages. Is there a quick way to change all of them and turn ‘All Visitors’ off. It will take ages to change each individual package. Perhaps in the database itself?

Also is there a way to turn All Visitor access off as a default for the packages?

Hi seems we have a bigger problem, we have nearly 1000 files imported from another system. We have put permissions to restrict user groups at the category level, however by default when files are imported / added the files have All Visitor access. Therefore when we go to the /all-downloads/ page any user can download any file regardless of the permissions on the category level. Does that mean we have to update every single file? Is there a way around this? We really only want to control permissions on the category level.

Thank you for all your help. Last question, the Editor role can’t see the Stats page for the file downloads. Is there a reason for this? How do I allow them to see statistics without having to give them administration access?

Like Chives screen grab above, my accordion doesn’t show the arrow icon (its just blank). How can I fix this?

Also is there a way to search files in accordion view?
