Hi There,

There are multiple new users registering constantly. This started just a couple weeks ago. Before that we were just getting numerous messages from them. I am not sure where they are getting in exactly. but does that help?

Some other issues I am seeing:

– When asking who I allow access to – I see the customer as an option twice.
– When I look at the customer list in the Download manager window I now don’t see any
– When I look at the WP Users I see customers listed out there. ( these are all pretty much just different email addresses of mine to test this plugin.

Also, it is telling me that I am not a pro user. I bought the full package. Why do I not have pro capabilities?
