I’m testing functionality and it seems working correctly :). Please, could you confirm or tell what is the difference in functionality when this option ‘Bootstrap JS scripts’ is enabled or disabled?

Yes, it helps. Disabling only Bootstrap JS causes that tabs start working :). But Can I have this settings disabled? Will the Download plugin work correctly?
